Storehouse Foodbank

Our Storehouse Foodbank was set up in 2012 to assist members of our community who were struggling to feed themselves or their family.

Our hampers contain a range of non-perishable tinned and dried food – providing sufficient nutrition for individual families to have a breakfast, lunchtime meal, and main meal.  A wide range of personal hygiene and household products are also available.

Storehouse works closely with various Statutory and Voluntary organisations to support those people experiencing food poverty. When applicable, we also signpost to other relevant support services.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT...

All products are donated by members of our congregation and friends. We are also grateful to the assistance and support received from Fermanagh & Omagh District Council; Department for Communities; Neighbourly; and Tesco.  Without their very kind contributions – we couldn’t serve our community in this way.

In 2021 we distributed almost 400 emergency hampers, containing product of approximately £9,950.00 in value.  During the Covid-19 pandemic we worked together with @barnardosNI and lots of local organisations to help 9000 people across NI.  £210,000 of crisis funding from @CommunitiesNI has enabled us to provide food and household essentials to those who need it most.
